The service contracts offer regular maintenance on all your HVAC/R equipment on a regular timely basis. This service will expand the lifetime of equipment up to 10 years! The service contract also puts the customer on a priority basis. Thus, if they call in with an emergency call (ie. no heat) they will be serviced before someone who does not have a service contract. Jim Keilen and Bob Kucera founded Faribo Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. in 1973 out of the garage at Jim's residence. Since then Faribo Air Conditioning and Heating has grown and currently has 12 employees.
Bill Keilen began working at Faribo Air Conditioning and Heating in 1987. In 1995 Bill and his wife, Peggy, purchased Faribo Air Conditioning and Heating and are the present day owners.
